1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our team will share the return address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
